Our R.O.S.S. Tuscaloosa Recovery Community Center Grand Opening was a huge success! Thank you to Rev. Matthew Wilson District 1 City Councilman for supporting us, along with the Alabama Department of Mental Health, Hope Pointe and the rest of our partners! We had some amazing speakers at the event including Our R.O.S.S. Agency Administrator & Tuscaloosa Native Christine Smith, our Gadsden Campus Coordinator Reginald Flowers, our Recovery Community Services Program Coordinator Jessica Rutledge, Our Tuscaloosa County Outreach Specialist LaDonna Harris, Nick Snead Director of Peer Programs with the Alabama Department of Mental Health, Denice Morris Director of Substance Use Treatment Programs with the Alabama Department of Mental Health, Pamela Butler former Coordinator of Recovery Resources for the Alabama Department of Mental Health and Rev. Matthew Wilson District 1 City Councilman.
